About us
Revive Global Ventures (RGV) is a strategy and commercialization firm supporting small and mid-sized businesses as they build, scale, and expand across markets.
We work with founders and leadership teams who need clarity—around direction, positioning, and execution—before committing time, capital, or resources. Our focus is on aligning insight, strategy, design, and commercialization so businesses can move forward with confidence.
Our Perspective
RGV exists to help leaders cut through complexity.
Today’s businesses operate in increasingly complex environments—shifting markets, global competition, fragmented teams, and accelerating technology.
Rather than offering isolated services, we take an integrated approach: combining strategic insight, brand and product direction, and commercialization planning to ensure decisions are grounded, coordinated, and actionable.
Our work prioritizes clarity over speed, alignment over scale, and long-term viability over short-term momentum.
How We Work
RGV operates with a senior-led, decentralized model.
Strategic direction is guided by experienced leadership, while execution is supported by a global network of designers, strategists, technologists, and commercialization experts. This structure allows us to assemble the right expertise for each engagement—without traditional agency overhead or rigid team structures. The result is greater flexibility, faster iteration, and solutions that are tailored to real business contexts rather than standardized frameworks.
OUR TEAM
Joshua Willig
For over a decade, Joshua Willig has advised SMBs, large corporates, and universities on strategy, finance, commercialization, and brand alignment with global consumer trends — most notably as Senior Vice President at GE Capital Industrial Finance, where he supported organizations in monetizing sustainable infrastructure and optimizing capital structures. He is passionate about leveraging business as a force for good — using products, services, and market design to enhance consumer quality of life and create scalable social impact.
Bodhi Ratan
For over a decade, Bodhi Ratan has worked at the intersection of design, storytelling, and spiritual culture — helping individuals and organizations express their essence with clarity and depth. What began as a journey through community centers evolved into creative collaborations with women solopreneurs, artists, and teachers seeking to communicate their truth in the digital world. His work bridges visual design, communication strategy, and brand systems grounded in simplicity, authenticity, and cultural sensitivity.
Andy Yin
Andy brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in global product sourcing across Asia, advising U.S. and international companies on supplier development, sourcing strategy, and supply chain resilience. His work spans industries from automotive and heavy equipment to consumer goods and precision manufacturing, with deep on-the-ground experience across China and Southeast Asia. His approach is rooted in direct engagement with factories, leadership integrity, and rigorous oversight. At Revive Global Ventures, Andy leads global sourcing strategy, helping clients navigate trade complexity, diversify beyond China, and build scalable, resilient manufacturing footprints across the region.
Jade
With a rare blend of technical discipline and narrative precision, Jade builds global systems that are both structurally sound and human-centered. Over the past decade, she has founded ventures across Southern India’s technology and hospitality sectors, earning both an MS in Information Technology and an MBA - bridging operational excellence with thoughtful design. At RGV, she leads the development of decentralized talent networks, creating the structural clarity and connective tissue required for ambitious visions to scale across borders.
